Graphics Driver Crashes

Was running the third quest in the Harbinger of Madness chain today, and in both rooms with the bridges, something caused my graphics driver to crash multiple times.

this is not normal behavior, and it has only happened while im running ddo. If I have a display driver error, it usually happens once, it recovers, and then no other problems. this time it was weird though. the display driver crashed multiple times, and the computer shut itself down.

I was wondering what could have possibly caused it. Any tips on tracking down what could have caused the problem?

Lastly, should something like this be reported as a bug? I dont know if it was the game that caused the error or maybe its solely my computers problem, but with it happening twice today in the same quest, I'm doubtful about that.

One thing that definitely gives it is heating, but surely won't be the only cause.
On my laptop i see it quite more often than on the pc, and sticks for a while so try restart the whole thing.
It seems to show up more often on the 'heavy' quests like chronoscope, etc. but can happen anywhere.
Like lag types some people may get this and some won't, doesn't seem to be bug related.

Try setting DDO to DX9 (what solved my DDO crashes) and make sure you aren't overheating.
