    Hi all,

I would like to start by saying that I really enjoy playing DDO. The game play is just what I like, the quests are so much more interesting than anything else out there, and I have been in a great guild for a few years now. Unfortunately, I am beginning to realize that things with my guild (and therefore with the game) are coming to an end.

As I said, the guild I am in is great, and as far as I know they are happy with me. The problem is that I am able to play only a few days a week and for only a few hours each time. We are now closing in on guild level 70, and while I still pull down enough guild renown to break even, I am clearly holding the group back with my minimal play time.

I would really like to continue playing the game, and so I make this plea to the game developers. I'm sure it would be too late even if they were inclined to help out, but I need to be able to be a member of the guild as a completely neutral player. No ability to earn guild renown, but also no daily renown loss associated with my account, and my account doesn't count toward the guild size.

I pay the monthly fee to be a VIP, and I would even be willing to pay more to not be a burden on my guild.

I'll say now that when I do leave (maybe in a couple months), I will have no hard feelings toward my guild, and YES they can have my stuff.

If you are breaking even (or better), there should be no problem. There will be a decay/account/day. Say its 800. For a week, that means you'll need to bring in 5600 renown to break even. If you are pulling in greater than this amount per week, you are a net gain for the guild. Even if the average guildee is netting much more per week than you--you are still a net benefit. If you left, they will advance in level slower than they would otherwise. They should be happy to have 500 accounts like yours.
