I had assumed the pets would benefit from cure spells the same as Warforged. Aren't WF considered to be constructs?
I agree that it's the owner's job to take care of his pet. You're right that the conversation with Arcane's would be amusing.
Finally able to update lamaland... yep kind of late but my connection sucks atm.
Nice to see the removal of the character portraits and icons, but your didn't re add the auto attack button back in . Add auto attack button back on the stat bar.
Now I have to find a place one one of may bars for auto attack.
+1 on the new DDO store interface don't have to click through dozens of pages now.

im not going to comment on circle much, cause it seems that the 'ugly waste of screen space' view has been firmly established. however the showing hp sp values should just simply not be an option. expecially with all those people thatll boot b4 asking. got booted from lammania group once cause when i joined, had haggle item in CON item slot, dropping hp big time, as well as not being in lich at said moment either. this system is gonna cause more problems than itll fix. and my already crowded screen just got completely unusable with lammania format. i actually have to cycle hotbars to access my buffs and swap gear now, since there is no space to put them anymore
The less you knew about some one character the better for the community as it was harder to create your own little elitist group and had to put some faith into the player . Now with the My DDO , Item linking and HP/SP sowing available we will see the player base get more divided into their own class system which is going to bad for the games causal and weekend warrior players.
The devs should made the actual HP/SP available and only show the percentage of a players stats.

Oh great....... So healers MIGHT have to not onyl heal the stupid artificer players but their more than stupid pets running around everywhere, bugging out on mobs that are dead, or mobs that haven't spawned yet or mobs through walls??? Oh dear.... And so it gets worse...
I actually look at it from the other direction. I'm a lot more likely to let someone into a PUG instead of just short manning the content if I know that they're not a complete and total failure.
Knowing that I'll be alerted to any massive HP problems when they join my group, I'm also more likely to just take the first 5/11 applicants to my LFM instead of worrying about getting the "right" people. Because I know that I'll have some warning if I someone is trying to bring an 80 HP Sorc into my eChrono.
You forgot to mention the pets chasing down barrels. That's the absolute favorite job of the overly jealous arti pets, they hate other constructs.
As for the auto attack, you target something and press the use key, E by default i believe.. turns auto attack on.
Edit: For divines healing my pet, from experience using hirelings anyway it seems to receive full heal benefit. If i catch a divine tossing my barrel killer a heal i just might throw them one of the various SP potions my arti piles up, after all they are saving me my own SP by doing something that is NOT their own job.
Did an Elite Shroud today. It didn't go well.
1 person died in part 1. Twice.
That person and two others died in part 2.
Two people died in the blades in part 3.
The person who died in part 1 of the Shroud died less than two seconds after Harry dropped in part 4. No exaggeration - it actually was less than two seconds.
The two Hjealers took "turns" healing in part 4 in order to make sure that we had the highest possible chance of a wipe. And we did.
I can't help but feel that some level of "Are you serious? Did you really think that you're going to make it in this quest/raid?" is warranted. I don't think that every single character on the server MUST have 400 HP as soon as they hit level 20. But I do think that players should reasonably be embarassed when they have less than 180 HP at cap and they try to do an Elite Shroud. Yes, I know you have Evasion. No, the number of HP that you have still isn't enough. That should be obvious based on the fact that you died that many times.
Maybe when people see that they have terrible numbers on their HP bar and everyone else has hundreds more HP than they have and they see that they keep dying in quests and those other people aren't dying in quests, they'll stop blaming "lag" and start actually picking up an occasional piece of +Con gear and some level of False Life. I can only hope.
Con is not a dumpstat.
