Metamagic feats can now be applied to specific spells. Players can select a spell on a toolbar, click the right mouse button, and set the metamagic feats that apply to that spell.

Too late, extend is nerfed, and don't applies to most of spells, so whatever.

...as a follow up question, will this mean we can set up multiple instances of spells on a hotbar, eg. a non-meta'ed scorching ray for standard use alongside a fully meta'ed one for situational stuff?
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

Actually looking at the update 11 list... I'm excited in general. Of course there is the "yeah what about <whatever>" in any update but they can't do everything and once and that's a mighty fine list of improvements I see

as they have linked it to the hotbar icon and not the spell in your character sheet it seems like thats going to be the case. we just need someone to get onto lama to confirm it, my chars are already in the queue and i'm not sure how long it will take. Originally Posted by FuzzyDuck81
