Is this correct? My understand is Destruction and Improved Destruction each provide stacking -4, for a total of -8.

I believe the description in-game is wrong, unless they fixed this in a recent update.

i knew there was an issue ago, but I thought they changed it. I might be wrong as well....either way, it would end up being either -8 or -12.
