I'm mid 40's on my Ranger with PA on and there is not much I miss, if I do I turn PA off--but I also get +3 for favored enemies, which I have most covered for the content that I run. I also run without ship buffs quite a bit, which I would bother getting if I found myself missing with PA on all the time.

Malica is the hardest for me and for most people in groups I've run with as they always make sure who is doing what destruction. I don't take my ranger to Wiz King, Im usually healing that one.
