I know its ot very uber achievment, and its quite easy to get (only requires some grind), but I'm kinda proud
Helpfull when shadowkiting and telling melees they're squishy
grats.. But without showing your buffs or a basic gear list it's hard to call it a much..
I mean the last HP post was the favored soul with ~980 hp? And the only difference in those 2 classes hp wise is 4hp/lvl.. or 80 hp.
Now im sure you used far less buffs, but yea u kinda completely cropped off your buff list..
that said.. dwarves rock and there should be more dwarf wizards.
Well, I hid all UIs, because 1/2 of my screen are hotbars
Buffs include lich form, rage spell and yugo pot.
Yeah, I know, yugo pot is to big easy button, and its not used always, because it mega expensive blablabla etc.
While its not very cheap, its not mega expensive- 4kplat/hour is not big expense, and for harder epics, harder raids and epic raids I feel its not a big price to pay.
Also, I need that damned +3 con tome, but reaver hates me. :/
PS: I'm not playing FvS, so I don't know it. Do they have class toughness enchancement line?
This 666% agreed. Dwarves are the master race, and people need to understand it!that said.. dwarves rock and there should be more dwarf wizards.
Do you require a list of sources of HP?
think every class/race gets roughly the same from toughness less you really gimp your character. Used to a bbn/ftr only thing, but not really anymore. Every class gets at least the first 2 ranks, and rank 3/4 are too costly AP wise imo. (3 hp per ap Vers 10/5 for the first 2)
As to what im require.. heh nothing. Was just curious. Taking out buffs u didnt have he had like scourge choker/madstone and misc stuff easily knocks 200+ points off his total and makes it closer, so yea its a good amount.
Cleric= zero enhancements.

Oh yeah, forgot about half-elf.
Anything Elf related having more HP than Dwarf/Warforged is seriously messed up.
*edit i was incorrect, helvs only get +2 con and 30 hp from barb enhancements and racial enhancements if they pick a con bonus. Less than the hp Dwarf/Warforged from their bonus toughness enhancments and +4 con.
I never really looked at helvs, their face made it too hard.
Half Elves are ubersawse. Just sayin'.
Smrti on Khyber
More precisely, everyone gets access to 2 ranks, and then every racial Constitution enhancement you take unlocks another rank. Humans can take one Con boosting enhancement (since the other must be a different stat), which would allow them to take Racial Toughness III. Dwarves and Warforged can take Racial Con I and II, allowing Racial Toughness III and IV.
Of course, that mean Toughness IV actually takes 8 AP for 10 hp and +1 con, a downright terrible deal for just about anybody. Two full levels of AP for ~20 hp?
That's it I'm posting an achievement thread for my 507hp drow :P
Nice work though seriously. I wish more casters paid attention to the importance of HP but unfortunately that's only a lesson learned through bad experiences for most new players (including me).
Well, pretty sure it's been done before. My human wiz has 597hp self buffed (missing 10 from mabar robe, only +2 con tome also) and at the same time 50int, which I always thought boosting int was the real achievement for a wizard. Still grats, if only more first life casters were close to that...
PS. As for toughness enhancements these are divided into racial and class. A fvs get 4 class enhancements, wizards get none (interestingly, neither do rangers). Everyone gets additional enhancements depending on their race: afair - dwarves/WF get four, humans (and probably helves) get up to 3, other races get 2 but I'm not sure about horcs.
Also yugo con pots have no negative effect on a non melee caster so I'd consider them a sustainable hp boost.
I never said I'm first or special, also I said its not hard, only a little (or a bit) grindy. I'm just happy I've done it, and I think I can relax, because I can afford a little more carelessness and reckleckness, and I'm not panicing when melees got weak DPS and/or threat generation, and big bad red/purple boss decides I'm more yummy than them.
Whats more, I would like everyone to get a lot of HP.
BTW pale masters got 200% fort, so they never got any disadvantages from using yugo pot, even when tanking a lot of mobs.
