simple and awesome as it sounds. Allow spellcasting classes to use their crafting skills to make their own scrolls and wands, usable only by themselves and with a caster lvl based on whatever u would think its best so it doesnt become game-breaking.... i just would love to buy components and create my own ddoor scrolls so i can slot another spell in there...

this has been (sort of) mentioned as a possibility.
there's a post someplace where one of the devs commented that they might add consumables (which would presumably include scrolls and wands, as well as potions, arrows, bolts, and possibly other things i haven't considered) to cannith crafting at some point. no promises, and no details beyond the fact that it might happen at some point though.
