Not to be "that guy" but I wasn't aware they were worth that much any more. A buddy and I XP farmed Vol 9 times and we saw 4 pairs of boots between the 2 of us. Drop rates seem almost too high. If only they would increase the Sigil drop rates...

Indeed - however, after running 2 toons countless times to get the sigil pieces (actually, one is still missing piece #8), I haven't gotten one.

And Stryde is currently soaking Litany of the Dead, getting Quelled every 3 minutes
