Pulled them out of my TR bank the other day. Rage clickie doesn't hit me, random rage never goes off. Any ideas?

I'm guessing you're in Defensive Fighting/Combat Expertise, or a similar "Defense" mode?

Same has happend to my DoS paladin as well. When I am in stance i can not get procs for madstone or click but i can click the buff off get proc or what have then go back into stance. Althought im not sure how the two work like that.
