Racial Weapons

Just some ideas to tweak those.

1.elves have automaticly access to longswords, but need profiency for scimitars.
how about giving a bonus feat at lvl1 where to choose valenar or arenal line?
arenal will give longbow/longsword profiency, valenar will give falchion/scimitar profiency

2.As they are the favored weapons of a race, they maybe could use a %chance on doublestrike as the enhancement line is chosen (prob for bswords aswell if combined with mark of sentinel)

I agree. Dwarves get daxes. Why not elves. Drow get shirkin. Why not elves?

There'd be very few cases where someone WOULDN'T pick scimitar. It's simply a better weapon.

Furthermore, there's no reason to lump together the Aerenal and Ranged weapons. Should be longsword and rapier.

The way I see it, there's not really a flaw with how it is now. Those with martial proficiency will use scimitars, those without/keeping monk centered/flavor will use the inferior longswords.

P.S. Dwarves get dwarven axes with martial proficiency. Elves get Longswords, Longbows, Rapiers, and Shortswords with simple proficiency. So they ARE getting their racial weapons. Just not the best one.
