DC 25 Paralyzing. Quite a bit of trash in Epics fails that on a 2/3/4, meaning that you can keep them pretty much permanently paralyzed with it.

Using it in some epics (the ones where enemy will saves are lowest) is like using a +1 Paralyzer in elite Gianthold - it's a low DPS weapon, but quite a number of mobs are just trivialised by it.

I can scrollfarm with my melee bard using the eTimeblade, and I've only got one of them made so far.


Of course it's situational, but IMO almost every TWF toon should carry two of these for situational use.
