    That's pretty much all bards just using melee feats. War chanter has better melee songs, and spellsinger has more SP and song buffs for casters a war chanter doesn't have. Virt doesn't sound like what you want because the main draw is better song CC.

    War chanter would suit a buff and swing approach.

    I have been a fan of melee spellsingers for newly geared players. Your charisma is lower for melee stats like strength, but umd +4 bonus from spellsinger prestige makes a big difference if you can get it early.

    After you get your +6 charisma skill green steel item, it isn't as necessary, but that is a long road for a new player, especially since bards need hitpoints and should probably make their hp shroud accessory first...

    You don't need so much CHA on a melee bard; extra HPs or bumping up DEX and switching to TWF is more useful, IMHO.

    I would still swap CON and CHA. As others have mentioned it's not doing much for you.

    Energy of the music is not worth the points except maybe the first and second tier if you have left over points.

    Extra song IV is only really needed if you plan on doing a lot of fascinating and want MotD/MotM.

    Drop Bard CHA II and only take Bard CHA I if you are on an odd stat. This opens up AP for a human CON enhancement and more toughness enhancements.

    If scroll healing is the plan you can and should make room for Wand and Scroll Mastery IV.



    What I am really seeing is an attempt to get higher CHA, more SP, and more songs when what you get for the cost on such a build doesn't do much for you.

    Another possible thought is to skip human, give up extend, and do the rest of the feats on a half orc, opening up some more THF enhancements.

    The feat selection is like the Classic Rocker template. Personally my Horc Classic Rocker is my favorite (though I love my virtuoso as well). I'd say you can't go wrong with the classic rocker.
