The drop rates in GOP have been upped significantly. It's hard to say what the value is on that item anymore considering how easy it is to get one now. I'd be curious to hear it's value as well, as I used to farm these like crazy for my toons.

I pulled two of these in a row while farming. I facepalmed because I couldnt keep both due to not putting the first one in the bank before re-entering the quest.
