    Ya i didn't take the skills all the way,"I'm lazy", but u just repeat the skills i took all the way to 20
    Why cleave? a bunch of sneak attack dmg 2 alot of people, and it helps when people are kiting
    this guy would dual wield radiance rapiers"one dex +6, one int +6, both good bust and fire blast"

    much better build by kennyburns. Cleave is an interesting choice Is actually a great idea if you run solo. Maybe not such a great idea in groups. It's gonna grab you some aggro,which with a 13 Con is going to hurt. I would lower Int to 12 and increase Con and swap Cleave for SF UMD or another Toughness and try to build up rhat glass jaw some. when you are dead your DPS is zero. Again, I would go Dwarf to for the extra HP.

    if u wanted more con u could go
    15/15/16/12/8/8
    and get rid of the skill points from heal
    and for UMD = 23 points + 2 ship + 3 cha item -1 cha mod + 6 GS + 3 big top + 4 GH = 40 + 4 skill boost = 44 UMD, very simple to get
    and cleave, u should NOT being in the front of the group aggro ing everything, that's the barb's job, they would most likely be cleaveing/THF ing grabbing alot of aggro, so u have room 2 cleave and do some CK "Crowd Killing!" and blind some guys without grabbing aggro
    HP = 222/262 "no gear", + 80/60 con item "starting con 13 peoples kan get +7 con item ex. epic envenomed cloak, 16 starting con people only need a +6 item" + 20 minos + 30 GFL + 45 GS + 20 rage + 20 shipy = 437/457 HP, wont be geting complaints from healers and no need for another tuffness "U WILL have more HP then most casters and have fun laugh at then for being squishier then a rogue =)"

    I think the only thing to add to this is the following:

    Don't make an Assassin until you are level 18. Just make a straight DPS rogue, then lesser reincarnate when you get 18. Until then, Assassin doesn't really pay off that well.

    Assassin pays off at lvl 12 and straight DPS rogue is an Assassin... so what woudl u be lvl 1-12? anyway if u used my build "con build preferred"i dont see a reason 2 recarn

    What else would a straight DPS rogue be other than Assassin?

    Why not go ahead and take the enhancements on the way up and utilize them?
