Why is it necessary to verify your PayPal account in order to buy Turbine Points in the store?

Let me explain the problem:

Every time I try to buy TPs in the store via PayPal i get an error message XY. As I understand it the error occurs because Turbine requires PayPal to hand out additional billing informations and PayPal can't provide these if the PayPal account is not verified.

Well if it is really necessary to verify the PPal account i will do it but it's really complicated and I don't understand why it's required at all. I can pay in every other online store with no problems.

It is required that your PayPal account is fully verified to be able to purchase Turbine Points. This is one of the securities we have in place with PayPal to keep everyone secure.
