Help with a Pure Shintao AC/Air Stance Build

Can someone give me a breakdown of the highest possible AC for a 2xTR Helv Monk 20 Shintao with Grandmaster of Thunder?

Please include spells, buffs, gear, the sky's the limit.

I keep seeing people post ACs in the 80s to 100s and for the life of me I can't do it. I'm starting to feel ********, and I've been playing this game too long to feel that dumb.

Well for gear you are looking at something similar to this for the optimal at this time.

Goggles: Epic Time-Sensing Goggles
Head: Epic Helm of Mroranan
Neck: Epic Siren's Charm
Trinket: Greater Nimble Trinket
Cloak: Epic Envenomed Cloak
Bracers: Bracelet of Thaarak
Belt: Epic Siren's Belt
Gloves: Epic Charged Gauntlets
Boots: Epic Boots of Corrosion
Ring 1: Chattering Ring
Ring 2: ToD ring (pick your poison here, preferably +2 exp Dex for AC though a Burst is preferred)
Armor: Icy Rainment

That's a lot of Epics dropping some will only decrease your AC minimally just watch for the Set Bonuses and you can downgrade from here.
