Can´t true reincarnate

Hi I´m experiecing same problem. Just bought a true druidic heart spoke to kruzt and when I log off and clik on the yellow bar to reincarnate, after typing my characters name the system says that I have exp to advance to next level and that I should see a trainer. The problem is that im level 20 with max exp attained. I tried to submit a ticket with no help. I would appretiate any help.
