I'm not good at scroll farming (especially house D quests, where there are spell immune drows everywhere), and scroll rolling dice hates me, so I wonder how much I would have to pay for scroll of witer's wrath.

Sorry to take on a tangent, but why would want an epic version of that wand? The Ice Games make Superior Glaciation VIII [IX is useless at the moment] a lot easier to get.
