I used my left over motes from all my jumping during the ice games to craft this. I'd appreciate any opnions on what its value is. I had considered keeping it and making my next character a cold spec'ed sorc, but I could probably be talked into trading it if someone found it particularly valuable.

It's still pretty valuable. Unfortunately, Belashyras sceptre variant makes it somewhat redundant and Telvi's is
superior. I'd still pay up to 250k for one.

Thanks. In hindsight I wish I had looked for a major ice lore item to put it on. Instead I grabbed the first glaciation item that looked good.
