I'm deriving lots of entertainment from confusing PUGs with my singing, lockpicking, trapsmithing, haste casting ... thing with a Barbarian symbol ATM while I wait for my 20th VON. (10 Frenzied Bezerker, 8 Warchanter, 2 Rogue). I've had so much fun with this levelling build that I'm considering doing it again with another life - and maybe putting enough into Perform that I can also fascinate the bases in eVON6 (I'm almost there with this life, but not quite - not consistent enough that I would volunteer for the task, anyway).

(Oh. I forgot to mention. She's an elf)

You think that confuses people, try being a Pure Cleric and casting (scrolls) Haste, Rage and bluring the other melee between lvls 5 and 10 (pre greensteel). Either because the wizard, bard and sorcerer won't buff or you don't have one .

This is definitely a play style issue.

I have posted about this before, and I feel that it is not the fault of the player with the crazy build, it the fault of the player for not learning the game. Too many newbs/noobs have been hand held through too much of the game and have learned nothing about the game itself, other than, if they find the right group, they do not have to worry about making mistakes because they will be carried.

So instead of complaining about poor play, let them learn by making those mistakes. But that has to happen early on. I understand the frustration of running high end content and having fails; but it IS just a game and as long as you have fun, failure or success should not really matter.

And if people are chastising the newbs, they are going to get resentful and are going to close up and slowly start to turn into noobs.

Lol, I think that confuses everyone.

lol It's so true - you wouldn't believe the clarity in body and mind you attain when you're in the zone mid-climb.

Planning another one here in a couple weeks - will be sure to send a few pics.

Try the following, in order..

-adjust your LFM
-adjust the LFM's you join
-change your guild
-change your regular playcrowd
-adjust your expectations

To come on the forums and decry/bemoan people whose build/style ability you don't like is only going to start a divisive and unproductive thread.

I just myddoed the leader of a shroud and decided that he was way too gimpy to stay alive the whole quest and if someone is like that and is shameless enough to lead a group... I wont join him... tyvm
