Hello i'm interesting to know the approximate value of all nice scroll i will put the scrolls and the values i think they have on red, put what do you think then. When i'm putting ??? i'm not really sure about that. It's not a definitive post for all the price, i will update it after read your opinion.
Sands:

Demonscale: 6-8 reds
Greenblade: 3-5 reds
Dustless boots: 3-4 red
Bracers of demons consort ?? 1-2 red???

At podium:

staff of arcane power : > 8 reds
chaosblade : ≥ 10 reds
torc: at range of chaosblade and staff of arcane power: 8-10 reds (in my personal opinion i think it is more values than chaos)

On pole position
marilith : ≥ 20 reds

Chrono:

Envenomed cloack : 3-4 reds
scorched bracers: 1red
boots of corrosion: 2 red
Helm of fire : 1-2 red
Charged guantles: 2 red

Von and red fens

Sos: 5-7 red
Bracers of the claw: 2-3 red???
Gloves of the claw: 4-5 red???

It's really about what the other person is willing to offer and what your willing to accept. Long as both partys are happy with the trade then all is good. Everyone has a different value of what scrolls cost and what they will pay. Other then that the prices listed are a good general market price of said items.
