Remove +3 Tome Turn-Ins!

I dont see this being a problem, whereas its so much easier to get a few +1's. most people would be nice enough to still roll it off if they dont need it. But I agree, there shouldnt be a reason for looting something you dont need and some1 else does.

I like the fact, that if I'll get +3 tome of, lets say, dex, madstone boots, heroic deeds, treason, cloudburst, reaver's napkin, reaver's amulet and ring of lies, on 20th/40th/60th reaver I can take item that will not immidiately be throwned to the nearest dustbin.

The fact that +3 tomes are still usable for turn in is on the known issues list.

They plan to remove them with the next update or at their earliest convenience.

Agreed, these would be BtA quest end rewards, and as such user dicrection for wht they need would apply......And even though I hate to even come close to alluding to this statement, I blame the whiskey.....But the OP is right on the money for once here.
