2-1st Place Prizes: Icyburst Kit or 1000 motes
4-2nd Place Prizes: Frost Kit or Snow Gem or Eternal Festival Wand(5th) or 300 motes

Entry Fee: 15kpp per Entry or 2 Fragrant Drowshood or 2 Small Eberron
Rules:Numbers are subject to availablity..pst to enter or mail to hook up with me if i'm not on..

Winner(s) will be determined in Raid Party upon completion of ticket sales and are determined by a roll of d20 by host..prizes will be rolled according to place and winner will recieve pick of category..All participants will be invited to party for this until party limit is reached..Participants need not be present to win..Winners have until the end of festival to claim prizes..All prizes will be mailed to winners..and participants may preselect prize wishes for ea catagory prior to drawing by mail to make this smoother..
If less than 10 tickets sold for Raffle(20 tickets total) Raffle may be canceled and fees returned to their respective owners..Some tickets may be auctioned off or given away at the discretion to bring Event to a close sooner..

Instant Win- Each paid entry comes with a chance to win a recipe 5/20 Instantly. This chance will occur in party with Agrilus(Host) after ticket is paid for..and works as follows..I will roll a d20...you will roll a d20..if your result matches mine..u win!!

Slow start to Raffle again.. I needed to take a walk and warm up..Now I'm back around and look forward to getting the rest of these tickets out to those who are feeling lucky..
