Premium F2P are supposed to have in-game Customer Service for 45-days after their most-recent purchase of Turbine Points (Customer Service : Full for 45 days)
But, my in-game support just disappeared on July 27, and my last purchase was on April 28: 90 days.
Anyone else counted the number of days of in-game support they got after a purchase of TP?
Is 90-days the new (un-announced) rule?
