Suddenly my subscription is looking more and more like becoming premium instead of staying VIP and paying for this lack of inspiration from the marketing department. As someone that has a marketing degree, I would almost submit Turbine as a case study of what not to do marketing wise as you apparently follow the New Coke campaign strategy.
