    Default "We are sorry, we were unable..."

    When i trying to buy turbine points (by credit card, from wich i payed for VIP), it says, that account has been "SUSPENDED." Can you say solution of this problem please? (Im from Russia)

    Veriden, Orien server: Lost count of lives. 3 of all base classes, 3 halfling, 2 gnome...working on trying to make the game work again. May or may not return.

    Click here.

    Click on the Tab called "Support Center".
    Click "Submit a Ticket"
    Enter in Name, Email, Account Username.
    Game - DDO
    Support Team - DDO Account/Store Support
    Request Type - Manual Point Purchase
    Specific Points Purchase - Points for my account
    Enter your payment method and such.
    Use the subject/description to describe your issue.

    Or at least, that's the closest I can find.

    I am stationed overseas.

    Whenever I want to purchase anything, I have to call the customer service number and have them 'push' it through.

    So NOW i must wait near month to take my points? (I've heared, that their (Turbine Support) replies are very slow) VIP status will end before i take it!

    If you can call them, and wait on hold for a while, they'll take care of it I'm sure. I was trying to get my kids some TP and it wouldn't let me use my PayPal on another account (apparently something with PayPal) so I called them and they got it all handled, and made sure my CC wasn't linked to the kids accounts so they couldn't buy things with out me knowing.

    If you need a gmail invite please PM me an email addr and I'll hook you up - but I'm pretty sure you can sign up for free..

    I also am pretty sure Gmail lets you make voice calls to any US # for free as well through your same headset/mic you use for DDO.

    That might be a good way to make the call if you were so inclined.

    Meet our contact person at the red place in front of the Kremlin towers. His name is John Doole. He has one leg, and a parrot on his shoulder. You have to ask him if the Dromedary is thirsty. In response he will ask you the natural logarithm of x (y=ln x), being x some number between 1-1000, so you will have to memorize all the possible answers. Or bring a calculator, but that would be uncool.
    He then will bring you to the American Embassy. There is a direct telephone line to Turbine from there....

    I had that problem before and the service rep told me it was because I was on a wireless signal and my IP address didn't match up and they pushed it through. Gotta love it!
