In the brawling area, there are some people who know they cannot kill you. They make it their goal to zerg at you and get a hit or two in merely for the chance of making you limbchopped so you'll move slowly and want someone to kill you. Limbchop is a permanent affect in there and going into a quest and running back out is more difficult than just dying, not that I know if that'd even work. I remember back in the day, only the cool people had limbchop because they went and grabbed dual Severs and came in and people were like "what is this I don't even.." but now everyone gets it from that one quest chain, and the weapon is all shiny and cool looking.

My suggestion: Make Limbchop non-permanent in the brawling area.
