I'd still go WF, simply becuase if you're not in form, you can still get hit my Mass Repair (which the AM should slot, given party makeup) and in your PM Mode, you can self-heal with negative energy. But given THAT kind of a static group, I would seriously go with another AM WF. And given THAT kind of a static group, I would never go with ANYTHING BUT WF.
