It would be nice if you provided some things why you did this build... Just a plain sheet isn't good.

Ok, so you seem to be Acrobatic II/Warchanter I, using quarterstaffs. Are you sure you can cope with 8 INT? I'd maybe drop STR to 16 to boost INT to 14. I mean, a rogue with no OL or diplo/bluff... Seriously, boost INT. Either drop STR or DEX.

I'd rather actually pick also Halfling for the synergy of sneak attacks. I know, STR penalty will gonna be a bad thing, but hey, you can always use Staff of Nat Gann then. Use a +1 STR tome when you're able to. (14 STR, 16/14 DEX, 14 INT, 14 CON, 8/10 WIS, 12/14 CHA would be a fine build for a Halfling )

And you don't seem to get any THF feats. That's quite a big loss in DPS, i say.

But overall, it's fine build when i look at it, as long as you can keep up with your HP, DPS... and OL.

I meant mostly that what is the purpose of the build, what kind of equipment she'd wear and the reason why not THF, not because of the name -.=.-
