Playing this through, now that I've hit level 4, I found a kink with my enhancements, I don't fit the minimum AP spent for human adaptability. I can fix this at level 6 once I get toughness, though.
UPDATE: Fixed it at level 5 pretty simply
Other UPDATE!: With the changes coming to the epic chimera's fang soon this build is going to work even better mwahahaha.
