    Default Handwrap Enhancement Bonus

    Has the glitch that was stopping crafted handwraps from recieving the bonus to attack and damage from the enhancement bonus been repaired on Lamannia? I am very curious but have never been able to get Lumannia working.

    from what I read from a Dev. this will be fixed in update 11 :/

    Oh, that's disappointing. I got a pair of +4 holy silver handwraps today and was hoping to craft on them on monday.

    Oh well, i guess they'll do in their current state for now.

    What's the estimation as to when update 11 is coming?

    you can craft holy and greater evil outsider bane onto them if you want. you'll still get the extra dmg and break dr. . .just wont receive to-hit or dmg bonuses if you add a + enhancement to it after deconning them

    Well, I can only craft Evil outsider Bane at my level, no greater. but I guess that still beats +4 Enchantment bonus.

    yea sure ... craft them into holy of whatever bane ... you don't gain any to hit from enhancement or from the bane ... so you may actually be losing dps due to the fact you won't have any damage bonus applied (except the bane damage itself) and without the enhancement or bane bonus to your to-hit you may have a lot of misses.

    Also, forgot to mention that there's also currently a bug where wearing crafted handwraps and getting buffed can actually lower your to-hit

    I know it's been suggested before, but isn't it about time to scrap the handwrap code and just redo it? It just doesn't work. Every hole that gets plugged seems to cause a new leak.

    i think that's what 'crafted handwraps' are basically. they dont even work the same say as regular wraps(as showing a buff in your examine window). this 'crafting beta' lets them work out all the tweaks for this new code on live servers, getting feedback 100% of the time.

    which is fine as long as there is some progress being made

    Does Holy actually break DR now? Because it didn't do that the last time I checked, Holy contributed the 2d6 damage, but it didn't break DR.

    probably not. anytime im using it i have holyburst ToD ring that break the good DR

    They DID fix Holy to break DR.

    They fixed the DR breaking and re-broke the enhancement bonus.

    yeah, but havent every other time they tried to fix 'crafted handwraps' they broke regular handwraps? maybe not and entire new coding for 'wraps is needed, but at least some change would i think be greatly appreciated.

    They're still broken after 10.2.
