Good item, but low demand due to the fact the eye itself seems like the rarest loot ever.

Not that much.
It's a decent item... but the fact that the Dragon Eye item seems to have the lowest drop rate out of all the VoN items results in not many people trying for it.

Considering the amount that VoN is run, the scrolls in the market out-number the people desiring them - so I'd have to guess a good bit less then Shade.

500k if someone actually got the item, and didn't have the scroll after 200 runs :P
