yeah, taking sf evo for archmage is pretty nifty, though the cooldowns and costs of the Spell like abilities have been nerfed :/

also, you might want to consider switching out augment summoning for something else with that dragonmark quest thing

I though augment summoning was pretty **** to. Of course our Duo team usually brings along hirelings and we always summon our highest monster.

This is where I found out something I did not know. Augment Summons Feat grants a bonus to hirelings as well! Its proven to be very useful!

What kind of hirelings are you using? If I do use any, it's a cleric with divine vitality.

Well I always play with my brother wizard a WF named Qusay. We usually use a bard and a fighter. Between the 2 of us there is enough fire power to mow everything down (Fireball+Chain Force Missle=WIN). And we rarely both run out of SP.

The bard is great because of songs and free displacement for our squad and the fighter along with our 2 summons really keeps a meat shield in front of us!

I guess if you're both WF wizards you don't need healing that much.

I think one of you should focus on crowd control with enchantment/conjuration/necromancy and the other on nuking via evocation archmage. Keep in mind that while good at first, the evocation archmage will be much less useful at high levels, and will probably need to respec then.

If you want to duo all quests, even on hard and elite, it'd be best if one of you took 2 levels of rogue so you can take care of traps, they're deadly in the harder quests at level. Of course it would also be best if you had taken the first level of rogue at level 1, but even 2 now would be a useful addition.

If you don't mind inviting a rogue into your group for trap-heavy quests, then you can stay pure.

Base DEX 14 is a mistake; better to dump-stat it, take Insightful Reflexes, and put those pts into, say, CON or STR.

Yea I have realized the base dex was a bad idea. I might eventually respec him but for now he works pretty darn fine. Im sure at higher levels we will need to switch things up. Thanks for the insight and suggestions!
