HTTP Status 404 - /ps-primary-web/error/authfailure.jsp

This is showing when i open the store. what to do?

All I know is "404" is a generic "page not found" error.

Although I can't speak to your specific message, I do suggest that the two most likely causes are:

- The store was temporarily unavailable due to some temporary store server error, try again, or
- Your browser was being sent to the wrong address for....virus/trojan, proxy or other reasons...

Did this problem just crop up? Did you change any configuration to your Internet Explorer Brouser configuration? Did it work the next time you tried it?

Found it. small dc happend while in game & the launcher couldn't load the store again
