Remove Credit Card

forgive me for jumping in so late, but i have a question.
my friend just used his credit card to pay for a 3 month subscription (promo).
it says that it will "automatically renew" with the selected credit card at the end of my current subscription.
he, however, does not want that to happen.
is there any way to remove his card from the system? i've tried, but it only seems to let me enter a new one, and select that one (which i don't have one to use, but it seems that's all it'll let me do)
the other option is, as he told me, is to cancel now. i was worried that if i do, i won't receive the bonuses that came with my subscription (double points each month). he assures me that all mmo's work like this; you still get what you paid for until it runs out. from reading this thread, it sounds correct, but before i make the change, i want to be clear.
if i cancel my subscription today, i will still be vip, with full access (barring even vip locked content, of course), and still receive my double points each month until the three months is up, at which point, i will revert to premium status?
(and i'll then use my points to unlock the best quest packs i can )

At this time cards can't be removed from the website. The card can be replaced with a different card, or your friend can contact the Account Support team and request that the card be removed. Please note that it is the credit card holder that needs to contact support, regardless who plays.
