Well here is a mixed bread group.

I decided for my 20th vod I would do an elite one with all caster types. Bards, Favoured Souls, Clerics, Sorcerers, and Wizards. It took me a long time to get the group togethor since I was not gonna take just anyone, and on top of that I had some tells from unkown personal saying that people will not join since they buffed up Sully's hp.

Well we filled none the less, and we completed in 16 minutes.

are we sure they buffed Sully's HP? I didn't notice a difference myself.

I'm not aware of such HP buff myself and am skeptical. I'd like confirmation from a reliable source if it is true. And even if it were true, more HP on Sully doesn't change a **** thing on raid difficulty. The challenge of VoD was always poking at the group's ability to simultaneously handle his minions on the side and you guys clearly did well.

The only raid boss I've seen proof of an increase in HP is the Abbot. Everything else appears the same.

Well as you all said there is no proof they buffed sully's hp. And it was just from a few people who said that.
Personally It seemed he was easier than on hard with the way we did it.
