Default (Request) TR Build For Wiz PL

Hello everyone thanks in advance for reading and/or replying to my post. I have been playing since DDO came out in stores and enjoy the games unique combat system. I just got my main to Seer caped ty sirgrog for an exceptional fun build the WF FvS has been incredibly fun but I am getting ready to tr for the 3rd time into a wizard for the past life feat. I currently have Monk/Paly and will have FvS past lives. I'm not good at building toons so I've come here for some advice.

    My questions.

    - Are any of the active past lives from paly/monk/fvs worth taking on a wizard?

    - Should I multiclass into a battle build for faster leveling since I plan to tr again right away?

    - Most of the builds post endgame gear but that's not very helpful as I won't be staying 20 for long at all are there any exceptionally useful midgame/low gear that I should pickup. (not very familiar with caster gear from the new chains madness/insanity or w/e they are called might be useful caster stuff there?)

Can't think of anything else atm will edit if I do. Thanks again!

18 wizard / 2 rogue is a sensational leveling build. You don't even really need to invest much to be a battle build at low levels when your spells are all meh: just farm out a Carnifex from Delera's and memorize Master's Touch. Your key stats are Int and Con, everything else into Str, take Insightful Reflexes at some point to power up your Reflex save, and go nuts. I like the Enchantment Archmage, personally.

The Scepter of Mad Trickery is a pretty hot caster item from two packs ago: Spell Pen 7 and Greater Enchant Focus, really handy for CC stuff. You can also put +10 Reflex save on the armor from the last pack, but your Ref save should be pretty good anyway.
