    Red face About premium accout upgrade to VIP account

    hi, GM
    Now i have a few vip cards which i bought before and my account is premium now, so i want to use em and get access to ultimate play. But some of my friend has met a problem that the account will not be updated if you are a premium account. They had met that problem one month ago. i dont know if the bugs is still in there. They all submited a ticket. Some account updated with several days delay and some were not. I am hesitant that whether should i use that cards right now or wait till the bug fixed. I want an answer.

    He had met the same problem with my friends. Just give a example here, which would help you understand what i mean. i dont wanna submit a ticket or make a call, so i guess i need to look for help from there. I get to know what's going on before i face the problem.

    thanks for your reply anyway. But i was submited a game card just several mins before and my problem happened, i am still a premium account. And the system told me i had successfully added it. I have sent a ticket to the support center, wish they can help me upgrade.
