A Huge advantage of having 6 levels of Pally on a tank is Divine Righteousness
Makes up for a lot of lost DPS
Also, having a huge reflex save and no evasion is a bit of a loss unless you go overboard on the HP

SD III only provides +1 MDB to medium armor (MFP is med). You'd need to take a couple of Armor Masteries (or if talking epic armor add Greater Nimbleness) to get your MDB that high.

rest seems ok? think all in all that 70 AC with nothing of 'special' (raid loot or non raid pay 2 play content) gear seems pretty neat?
