Where is the hardest lock to pick in DDO?

There is this quest in Gianthold and I recall seeing a chest (played with my non-rogue toons), some people (people I was in a group with at one point) said it has the highest open lock DC in the game. I tried getting info about it and people said that it wasn't the chest, but in "Cabal for One" there is a chest that is trapped, and that trap has the highest Disable Device DC in the game (for non-epic).

Does that chest have the highest open lock DC? My rogue (level 13 atm) is hardcore on skills and I want to be able to disable and open the hardest. So I understand that "Cabal for One" has the hardest trap in the game, and I plan on disabling it, but what about the lock on the chest? Is that the hardest? And if not, where can I find it? Non-epic aside.

The chest in elite Cabel for One in Gianthold has the highest Search DC and Disable Device DC of any trap in the game, including epics. However the DC on the lock of the chest is not so high.

In fact it is possible, with a high reflex save or a taking a res at the right spot to get the loot from the chest without disabling the trap. You need someone to start the trap, then as quickly as possible get to the back left corner (when facing the chest) of the little room. This is a "safe spot" where the trap box will appear if you have high enough search skill. From here someone can open the chest and loot.

Beware though, the chest is also trapped! Anyone standing close to the chest and in front of it will die. So either all get to the safe spot, or send the rest of the group out of the room and call them back when it is open.

I am probably out on a limb here, but I think the highest open lock DC in game is a chest in the Restless isles explorer area?

The Dreaming Dark doors (54, 55, 56 respectively if I remember correctly), the chests and vault door in Chain of Flames (55 or so for each, vault you can bluff the ogre mage for the key), the locks in Restless Isles (high 40's to low 50's), and the Mindflayer chest in Gianthold (high 40's) are all skill challengers on non-epic.

The Chain of Flame ones are probably the hardest related to the level of the quest.

The DC 90 or so lock in Epic VoN1 and possibly the vault lock in Epic Chain of Flames are probably the hardest when counting epics.
