I am a Mercenary now. I do not like the burden of being in a guild, but the two years we spent with each other taught me that I would rather be a, "FREE BIRD".

To all that read this: I like the feeling of being , WITHOUT A GUILD, I will be a Rogue Mercenary from now on and will not join any other guild, and I take that to my Grave.

The time I spent with, "Killer Dwarfs", was fun but I like being a loner in this game without having to talk to others in a Guild Chat that sometimes made me talk for hours on end instead of playing the game.

Maybe I'm just lucky in my guild choices so far. If I don't feel like BS'ing, I just reply with "Sorry, can't talk right now. Busy trying not to die atm." or "I only have like 1/2 hour to play so I can't chat. Trying to get (insert item or flagging here)."

They always took that response well, and so do I when I get that kind of reply.

In fact KD is a niche flavor guild and is an affiliation of independent types, there are no mandatory guild duties and certainly no mandatory guild chat and we like it this way.

Zorth is an original member, is certainly chaotic evil and fun to run with, and probably holds the DDO record of most suspensions, certainly a lifetime ban might happen one day!
