TR'ing a barbarian

So I'm planning to TR my barbarian, either to stay or just to pick up a fighter PL before returning to mostly barbarian (probably 18/2f). Either way, I'm looking for a near-perma-raging halforc THF build with at least 11 fighter levels (ie probably 12 or 18) that takes advantage of the barbarian past life feat. Atm I'm looking at one of

A. Barb2/Fighter18 - Kensei 3, 2 rages which cancel the extra crit range (right? please correct me here), 3 spare feats

B. Rogue2/Barbarian6/Fighter12 - Kensei 2 with power surge, 4 rages and frenzy from FB 1, weakish evasion, lockpicking, 1 spare feat

Both would take feats Toughness, PA, Stunning Blow, Barb PL, WF:S, WS:S, IC:S, Cleave, THF/ITHF/GTHF, GWF:S, GWS:S.

I could post full build layouts but am more interested in general advice or alternate builds, please help

Option A wouldn't be near perma-raged by a long shot.
Option B can be nearly perma-raged with the past life feat and the Berzerker ring, barring the longer epics.
