    Default First TR WC Fighter

So, currently I have a Human Virtuoso bard that I plan to TR, and in all honestly I had a lot of help with her as she's been my first toon. I really like playing bards, and I like the songs and CC, but after about about lvl 14/15 my little bard is fairly...useless, to put it lightly. I loved being able to dance and mass suggest and hold things, but now things either don't dance or break away easily or are wailed/FOD/Destruction'd/ect in 2 seconds so in many ways I have become a haste/rage clicky who play songs and hands out GH/Displacement/blur/ect from time to time. I really enjoy raids, though, and I wish I were a bit more useful the second time around for the higher levels.

So, the idea for this character was that I still wanted to be mostly support, and definitely still majorly bard (12 lvls min). I really like the warchanter songs for buffing, and I'd be able to hit things for more than my pathetic amount of damage. I'm not asking to lead the kill count by any means, I just want to have more than 2-3 kills per quest. I threw in fighter for strength/toughness/extra feats and then a little rogue for evasion/skill points. I thought it'd be nice to have search/Disable device higher and have a separate set of gear so that if the party was rogueless I could potentially step in there (obviously not a replacement, but a patch for non-elite quests). I've kept my UMD for knock and heal wands and res scrolls, ect. Just trying to find the right balance of a DPS support.

So, again, I've researched things but this is my first time drawing up a toon from scratch. I do have some errors, and some blanks now that I'd like help filling. For example, I'm unsure of what to do with several of my abundant feats. I don't know if my search/disable bases are good enough to be worth anything and I know that my jump is far too high (and would like to know what the optimal cap is for that). I'm wondering if my concentration should also be so high as I will primarily be buffing beforehand and only healing in battle when absolutely necessary (no CC in this bard besides fascinate). I will most likely get the +2 all tome, but at the moment there are only listed the tomes I think I NEED to complete this build (though +2 str/con never hurt anyone). For adjustments, assume decent (but not super rare) equipment.

So, definitely any advice is welcome, esp if you find other problematic errors. I have plenty of time before I TR, but wanted to get an idea so I could start crafting my GS for her.

2 AP left to use. Also dunno how to move things around to maximize those. I could potentially not take the second extra song (as I don't know how many songs I will have at the end) to free up more, but don't know whether to put it into more HV or Wands/Scrolls or something else entirely.

Thanks so much for replies in advance!

My final TR for my bard will also be a 14/4/2 WC due to feat requirements.

TWF, iTWF, gTWF, PA, WF:Slash, Extend, iCrit:Slash, Toughness, Khopesh, PL: Paladin

I'd strongly suggest you forget Mental Toughness. You won't have level 6 mass heals and even if you did most heals would come from scrolls anyway. The SP simply isn't worth a feat.

EWP: Khopesh is perhaps the best dps increase you have access to in a feat. OTWF is also a feat that can be beneficial on bards who can struggle with to-hit in endgame content. Since you don't have access to PL: Paladin and have chosen to go with a Human (which also provides an extra feat) I'd suggest if you're going to 14/4/2 to take:

TWF, iTWF, gTWF, PA, WF:Slash, Extend, iCrit:Slash, Toughness, Khopesh, Weapon Specialization: Slash, OTWF

Otherwise you might consider going 15/3 rogue/2 fighter and dropping WSS:Slash for another 1d6 sneak attack damage via rogue level 3 OR 16/2/2 to pick up level 6 spells.
