    Default The tale of FrierTuck

His arrival in Korthos Thursday night was uneventful for the most part. It was nothing Tuck had not seen before, though he could not remember where. A brief venture through the Heyton Crypt proved to be a nice warm up for the dangers he would face.
Tuck grew up in a Drow monastery on Kapaerian Island. As a human among Drow he began to wonder about his heritage and doubt his faith. The young man had always wondered how he came to be. You see, Tuck was found wondering about a Drow village one day when he was a toddler. No one knows where he came from. After causing problems with many families in the village, Tuck was sent to live with the monks in the Monastery of Vulkoor.
Other than his human size you would almost think young Tuck was a Drow himself. His face was narrow and chiseled like that of an Elf and his skin dark like a Drow. But it was his eyes that didn’t seem to fit for a human. Red as blood and a depth and presence that rivaled the Demon Queen herself, the young human could almost control you with his eyes.
Unconvinced that this Scorpion God indeed existed, Tuck volunteered to travel to Stormreach to investigate the recent lack of traders to visit the small island. Of course it was his own faith that he searched for. The young monk began to seek out those of the cloth almost immediately. While in Korthos Village he spoke many times with a young Cleric of Of the Sovereign Host named Gand Bedu. Gand told many tales of Boldrei, a deity of community, family and protection.

Yea well its a rough draft that will probably never get finished but oh well. Here is how FirerTucks TR is going. I have currently reached level 9. The posted build here represents My current plan. In all honesty I only planned one toughness feat. First I changed my mind about Lightning reflex and took toughness instead. Second, I went to Fred to change Stunning fists out for ITWF which of coarse isnt a Monk feat so I took toughness with the intention of trading my other toughness feat out for the ITWF. I plan to replace Heighten from my origional plan so I can still fit GTWF in. In all honesty I am good with the 3 toughness feats, how can 60 extra HP hurt? The only way I might change it would be for spell pen or evo focus. But two of those feats are monk feats and there are no other monk feats I would rather have.

Anyway, mellee damage output isn't that of a DPS build, but I am having no problem soloing the water part of tear in our TR zerg group. Yea full completion with all optionals, conquest and ransack in under 20 min. I can chop through a mob pretty fast with my kamas and I see this being a fun toon with a para and banish weapon. With current equipment I have a great reflex save so survivability is great. I am thinking level 11 and 14 are going to see the 2 biggest changes in my effectiveness. I don't see this toon solo healing any raids but I will sure make a main healers life easy by keeping my aura in the fight. Most of all the toon is a blast. I am competative in kill count if I don't have to spend too much time healing (not that I spend too much time watching that.)
Peace guys, my goal is level 15 by next Thursday

Spell pen and evo focus still made build a fail at epic levels well, as a soloer anyway. Still was a great toon to get to 20. I would recomend to take quicken for sure, probably instead of fenesse. I also ended up taking the 3rd level of monk at level 20 for light finishes effectively giving me 25% more sp. attack bonus for party and stun block when needed. I would take stunning fists as other monk feat. The build with quicken would make a fine epic melee/healer.
