Here is build I'm currently leveling up. I want to make bard which can bring good dps to party, have got good dps, and can tank.

Few words about this build...
Enhancements purposes:
Haste Boost II - when tanking I will use it after succesfull intim when hate generation is increased to have more aggro.
Warforged Inscribed Armor I - to remove arcane spell failture from arcane scrolls np fire shield, teleport itp
Warforged Brute Fighting III - better hate taniking
Bard Wand and Scroll Mastery IV - self-healing
Rogue Sneak Attack Accuracy I, Rogue Sneak Attack Training I,Warforged Power Attack I - cheap dmg increase when dps mode is on
Rogue Dexterity I - to get even dex number +1 reflex (this can be skipped and 2AP saved when got 3 dex tome or +1 exceptonal dex)
What do I like in this build?
Warforge is greate looking. Nice immunites makes leveling easier, same increased fort, which additionaly allows me to use Inspire Reckness all the time (dps increase and additional chance to trigger weapon effects).
Decreased healing amp is painfull thats why I planing to use 20% and 30% h amp items.
Evasion - its really nice and reflex will be enougt to have good survivality when leveling.
Beholder aren't dangerous.
Good DR (song 5 + active shield blocking+ shield mastery)
Leveling progression is cleary planned.
1 rouge - gives lot of skill points. using two handed staff with PA on, till 4th, then master touched weapons eg.sword of thirnity till 12 then my 2x wounding rapiers of punc
2-6 bard - quick WC I - good dps increase and DR song.
8 rouge - evasion when its really needed for solling. It can make The Pit or Tapping The Flames much more easier. Just after +2 int tome was used so +1 additional skill point for intimediate
9 bard - extended haste + displacement
11 fighter - imp crit pircing as soon as posible, intim increase
12 bard - imp twf, at this level i will use my 2x wounding rapiers of punc <3
15 fighter - gtwf as soon as possible, intim increase
17 fighter - intim increase
19 fighter - +2 pirce dmg (in my opinion this is better than +1d6 SA on 15 bard 3 rouge 2 fighter splits, I dont need to flanking enemies and care about their fort), intim increase
20 bard - umd ,preform, haggle, intim increase
Gear:
Gear is strongly dependend on adventure packs, but I think each bard should have VoT + Attack On Stormreach + RR. I consider two modes DSP and tanikig.
