A newbies cry for help

[HLP]

So I really want to play a good monk, but the problem is, I really don't have any idea, what I should do in order to be a really really good monk.

I need help with race, stats and feats. Preferably all the way to level 20

I don't have any preferences to race (I don't mind spending some cash, if the race is worth it), so just give me your best build I've got veteran and 32 point build, if that means anything
