    Default I lost VIP right 1 day after payment

    Please what is happening with my account. Yesterday i payed VIP account and it was completely function. But today i started DDO and there is 2 of 4 in character creation, yesterday there was 2 of 10??? I also cant create warforge and other VIP races. Please help me to solve this.

    Sounds as though you need to visit support. Have you e-mailed them?
    It took me a few days to resolve my issues but, they were resolved eventually.
    Keep in mind that there are thousands of people requesting issues to be resolved so be patient.

    There is no any red warning about downgrading my account. Yesterday i had VIP today i have premium.

    There are a few common causes of this type of behavior.

    If you upgrade to VIP and then cancel immediately, this can happen. If this is the case, then your card hasn't really been charged. You'll want to upgrade to VIP again, and then wait 24 hours before you cancel. This will get you the actual upgrade, but will still ensure you won't be charged again automatically.

    The other common cause is if the subscription payment is declined by the bank or card company for some reason. You can check with your bank directly to confirm if the payment was processed, and if not, why it was declined. Once that's all set, you can then upgrade to VIP again on the website.

    You can also contact the Account Management Support Team for help (though they won't be able to see why the payment was declined if that was the cause for the downgrade).
