    Default Crafting Debuffers

Okay, for my Rog, who is steadily progressing through his TR to 20 (banking 17 atm)

I have two Flametouched Iron Khopeshes, so no matter what they bust DR/Good.

These will be a hot-swap weapon set. Hit the boss for a few seconds, let the suffix effects apply, and swap back to Green Steel/DR Busters/whatever.

They will be +5, and Destruction on one, and Improved Destruction on the other.

I'm considering what prefixes would be useful.

So far I'm thinking Improved Cursespewing of Destruction, and Strength Sapping of Improved Destruction. I'm not so concerned that the Prefixes hit as much as I do the Suffixes, but it would be nice to have a chance of them rolling a 1.

    Anyone have any other thoughts?

    Metaline.

Metaline along with your flametouched iron will bypass demon and devil DR, which is mostly what you will be fighting after 18 and on epic. It will also bypass admantine DR, for those instances when you need it.

I considered it... but I don't really need Destruction/Improved Destruction on Horoth/Arraetrikos/Suulomades. Just things like Malicia, maybe Bloodplate and Razorarm, and they're all strictly DR/Good.

I'm not sure cursespewing works on bosses. But I'm not sure what else you could put. Maybe unbalancing for a chance at another -2 ac?

Unbalancing means they have to hit me, right? As a Rogue, I'd at least be attempting to not have aggro.

hmmm... cursespewing sounds good. why not go with double cursespewing to (almost) double your chances of it landing?

I would go with your original plan. It seems to me that anytime I play with pugs or some of my less prepared guildies that I am glad I have all the debuffs ready to go.

Seriously unless you buddies are gonna debuff with you, I think the rogue is the best one to get debuffs. They will still get good sneak attack damage no matter what they swing. Let the other melees keep their awesome greensteels equipped. You can sneak attack using dual silver flame clubs.

And Assassinate using Muckbanes good times.

Well, the +5 and Suffixes are, indeed, going to happen no matter what. I'll keep the other advice given here in consideration. It's something to swap to between haste boosts to make sure everyone has a virtual +8 to hit.

It works on both reds and purples. They just have such high saves that they pretty much have to roll a 1. Strength Sapping will still lower their STR and DEX, you just can't make red names helpless anymore.

My Cleric swings a Cursespewing of Destruction along with a Rahl's Might (Improved Destruction) on Malicia in order to lower her AC to sane levels. I've also seen Harry cursed, and personally cursed the Reaver just to see the enormous red swirlie.

This is true, however, pit fiends and horned devils are immune to all curses.

I know for certain you can't put a healing curse on harry. Otherwise my Solar Phoenix would have a lot easier time solo'ing him when things go badly. Definitely do not get any hp back (4 or 8 hp) per hit.

Might consider Crippling in place of Imp Cursespewing, if the weapons are only going to be used on bosses (and for only a few seconds)

Maladroit probably wouldn’t be a bad choice. You can only do up to 10 points of DEX damage but that still cuts down on the AC.
Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
    • Epic and Legendary Mysterious ring upgrades, please.
    • Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
    • Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
    • Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
    • Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.

Maladroit would require a blunt weapon type so it won't work with his khopeshes sadly.

Perhaps Telekinetic, for monsters with high AC's that arn't bosses?

*edit* telekinetic appears to never work at higher levels since it appears even combat-based skill saves can succeed even on a 1.
