I have sent an email regarding a billing problem (credit card expired) , plus the will to purchase a VIP access for a friend's account.
It has been over a week now, and still I received no reply but the automated messages. I live abroad, so calling isn't much of an option.
When looking at my tickets status through the game, I see no open nor closed tickets.
I really thought it would be easier to deal with, given all I want to do is pay!...
So, is a week not long enough? should I wait more before fearing neglection?
Any help appreciated.
